In the heart of the city of Tabuk, one of the region’s most prominent healthcare projects stands out: Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital. This project represents a model strategic partnership within the Saudi contracting sector. The large-scale project was executed through an integrated technical and construction collaboration between Enshaat Al-Nokhba General Contracting and Seder Construction Company Ltd., delivering medical infrastructure aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 for healthcare sector development.

The project spans a land area exceeding 41,500 square meters, with a total built-up area of approximately 145,000 square meters, making it one of the largest medical facilities in the northern region of the Kingdom. The hospital was designed as a fully integrated medical center with a capacity of 250 beds and 120 outpatient clinics, adhering to the highest international quality standards in both design and execution.

Structural Excellence and Scope of Work:
The role of the (Enshaat Al-Nokhba General Contracting – Seder) consortium focused on delivering advanced construction solutions for the execution of the reinforced concrete structure of the main building (comprising 13 floors) as well as the auxiliary buildings. The scope of work included managing complex construction operations, from excavation, foundations, and structural support, to the casting of high-strength concrete structures requiring extreme precision to accommodate advanced medical and technological equipment.
